Main steel structure frame

Standard Steel Structure Workshop (1)

Two floor steel structure frame, the first floor required weight loading 500kg/m2, it is standard loading parameter, widely accept by worldwide market, safety structure with cost efficient. But if we plan to put very heavy goods at first floor that more than 500kg/m2, then we need make the steel structure stronger to ensure building safety.

Steel support system

This type steel frame is different with warehouse structure, no need tie bar support, but other support between column and beam, support between purlin is necessary, so we arranged all other necessary support.

Wall & Roof covering system

Roof purlin: Galvanized Z section steel is used as roof purlin, this type steel materials anti-rust, the roof structure life time will be longer with the help of purlin galvanized treatment process.
Wall purlin: Galvanized C section steel is used as wall purlin, this type steel is popular for steel structure wall panel fix system.

Roof sheet: EPS composite panel is used for roof cover, the thickness for this panel is 75mm, the temperature insulation is quite good by install the composite panel, the worker inside the workshop working environment is good as well.

Wall sheet: Wall panel use V960 composite panel, the shipping cost for this panel is big, which is not a good choice for the project that need shipping for a long distance, but if your building is located near by our factory, then you can choose install this wall panel.

Additional system

Rain gutter: Galvanized steel sheet used for gutter, the gutter often wed due to rain water drainage, with the help of steel gutter galvanized treatment process, the gutter life time can be better.

Downpipe: Big thickness PVC pipe is used as down pipe, because the height of the pipe is big, small thickness pipe can not keep stable at the wall.

Door: Door frame is made by Aluminum steel, this type steel can anti-rust, quite suitable for building that near by sea, and exposed by sea wind. Door panel use composite anti-fire materials, which is safe than common door when there is fire at warehouse.

5.We add 4 pcs more foundation bolt at each column, because it is a two floor building, and the weight loading is quite big, only big and more bolt can molt the building stable. Other common bolt which is used to connect steel beam and column is standard bolt.
